Defective Merchandise

VacuumDiscounters.com will replace any defective product(s) within 30 days of purchase with a new product of the same model at no additional cost to you.

  • Send our Customer Support group an email using the address above and we'll get you taken care of.
  • We don't generally need you to return your defective item(s), but we'll confirm this when we respond to your initial contact. Please hold on to your items for now.
  • Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

What if it's been more than 30 days?

Send us an email anyway; if it's a reasonable situation, we'll do our best to take care of you.

Your Website Told Me to Order the Wrong Part!

Rats. We do our best to keep all of our information accurate and up to date, but we are human and occasionally make mistakes.

If we provided the wrong information on our website, send us an email to the address above and we'll:

  • Do everything we can to get the right item out to you ASAP at no additional cost.
  • Update our website to make sure other customers don't have the same issue. Thanks for your help!

Oops! I Ordered the Wrong Part. Or, I Just Don't Like/Want What I Ordered.

Double rats. We know how frustrating this can be. We'll try to make this as painless as possible and get the situation resolved quickly. Here's what you need to do:

  • Send our support group an email to the address above within 30 days of the original purchase and let us know what's going on.
  • If the situation is reasonable and we think we can refund your money, we'll send you a response with an RMA number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  • Package up your item(s) in a box or envelope, similar to what you received them in, and ship them to our warehouse, at the address below, within 30 days of getting our RMA number:

  • Remember, we can only only accept non-defective, brand new, re-sellable items. If you've opened the package, used the product, lost some of the packaging, etc., we won't be able to offer you any refund.
  • Also, please be sure to clearly put your RMA number on the packaging.
  • You might consider shipping your package using a trackable, insured method; we can't be responsible for any packages returned to us that are lost or damaged in transit.

For Vacuum Cleaners

We understand that generally these are larger purchases, and we want you to know that you'll be supported after your purchase from VacuumDiscounters.com.

Defective, Broken, or Missing Merchandise

If your vacuum cleaner arrives damaged, or with missing items, please let our support group know immediately. We'll make sure that the situation gets rectified as quickly as possible, with no additional cost to you.

Please don't throw away any of the packaging! The shipping company may want to inspect it for damage, and you might need it to return the item!

It's always a good idea to take some digital photos of any damage. You know what they say -- a picture is worth a thousand words. Please feel free to include any digital photos in your email to our support group.

Warranty Issues

It happens - things arrive and work perfectly, but occasionally break during the warranty period.

Although we don't accept returns for warranty work, we promise to help facilitate your warranty contact as best we can. We'll use our industry contacts and all other resources at our disposal to help make sure you can get your equipment fixed quickly.

At this time, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on vacuum cleaners.

If you have any questions about any of the vacuum cleaners we sell, please ask us before you order. We'll do everything we can to make sure you're ordering the right vacuum cleaner before the purchase.
